mmmm, Kat Dennings

A teenage girl moves to a small town, to find nothing in common with the stoner-hicks who populate her highschool. So she begins an affair with her teacher. But with a serial killer on the loose and townsfolk disappearing around them, their relationship takes a turn for the worse. She breaks off the relationship and the rejection makes her teacher crazy.

Just watched this earlier. It's one of those movies that kinda jumps around to tell the story at first, then catches up with itself. More dramatic than I thought it'd be. The characters were great and I kinda want Kat Dennings as my girlfriend.
Also the imagery reminded me of a Sigur Ros video the whole time. I say that as a great thing.

Thumbs up overall.

i haven't seen this movie but i agree with this statement. there is something alluring about her i can't quite place but i like it.

It's out in smaller theatres, so if you only have the big chains out your way, you may miss it.

saw this yesterday....there were some nice thing, but overall it felt like a type of donnie darko film but without the good stuff that movie had.
