best I can guess is that the 2nd earth's timeline is maybe weeks or months behind our earth and the girls goes to find herself so she can stop the accident the second time, in a way redeeming herself.

I can't figure out what the person says before everyone freaks out when they're trying to speak to someone on the other Earth.
"Hello? Hello? This is Dr. Joan Tallis."
The doctor on Earth is connecting with the other version of herself on the second Earth. That's kind of lame, that they'd connect with each other and not just some random person, then discover that everyone has a clone/twin or whatever throughout the rest of the story.

That would be really cliche to me. Hopefully she is just looking to see if things turned out differently.
I am very into "escaping" and alternate realities and this trailer totally floored me. Can't wait.

I wonder if the chud on the other Earth's RM has as many posts, or did he learn from our chud?
i'd assume the replication took place around the same time as the appearance of other earth, so other chud would probably have roughly the same amount of other posts on other RM.
Conceptually, this looks incredibly strong. I love how it's using a sci-fi premise to tell a story about the human condition first, and not making it adventure/thriller/easy entertainment. Sure, all the best sci-fi is about us in the present, but the way it's so introspective in it's dealings with deep regrets, second-chances, and redemption/escape really sets it apart from other movies.
I hope the movie pulls off what it's promising. I almost feel like I don't even need the movie itself, because the trailer does the job so well and I'd hate for the movie to fall short.

Totally agree with all of this. Love sci-fi that makes you feel an incredible longing to be somewhere else. 2046 comes to mind.

I really want to go to baltimore.
Good luck with that. I'd recommend DC. We probably won't kill you. Baltimore probably will.

Hi guys, could you please help me figure out, what the narrator says right after "There’s another you out there. Now you are beggining to wonder...." Just couple of words before he says "is that me better than this me.. And there's one more sentence I don't understand. Something after: "She goes to apologies but she loses her nerves, she lies to him...She thinks she might... ? Thx!

Finally got to see this earlier tonight. I was a little disappointed in the fact that the 2nd Earth is really just the backdrop to the movie and only really comes into play once.
The movie really played out like many indie flicks. Grainy looks, a couple of locations, tons of scene with no dialogue with the characters looking on, lost.
If you were looking for a semi sci fi flick, this isn't it. It's really just a story of tragedy and redemption, very well done, indie style. I did find it quite powerful, as in some scenes, as the movie goes on, the 2nd Earth you see in the poster gets bigger and bigger and is constantly shown in the background. It's quite stunning actually.
In the end, i found it very well acted and the last scene made you want it to go on, just a little bit.
If you have a chance to see it, check it out.
