This came out last night here in South Korea. Went to see it in the morning. It was REALLY GOOD. A lot of good nods to many of the older movies (im glad I watched them all before seeing skyfall to pick up on subtle and not so subtle references). Def agree with the reviewers that its one of the best Bonds ever.

Those of you hoping its much better than Quantum, have no fear :)

Fucking great, and quite interesting. Feels very classic Bond and modern at the same time, some great action scenes but well distributed, the kitsch song intro is way better than the overly hip one of Quantum of Solace. The focus on a more personal vendetta by the villain was quite good too.

i have to say i was a little bit disappointed last night...the movie is good, Daniel Craig is great as Bond, love judi dench and ralph finnes...but i needed more action sequences, the bond girl is really forgettable and the villain..well, it wasnt bad, but i didnt felt any real threat from him...i liked some moments, the intro was good, the fight in that weird building was cool, some of the ending was nice..but i felt the movie had too much talks and little action.
For me its a good bond movie, but its far from being the best.

Dude, you missed the point about the Bond Girl. M is the Bond Girl on this movie.

If that´s correct then the bond girl was awful....
Again, for me it was ok. Casino Royale was way better than this.
Spoiler: show
some pretty bad moments: albert finney giving him a knife and telling him it the most dangerous weapon or soemthing and bond killin barden with the knife...cmon! Then when we "discover" the new moneypenny...i like the idea of m being a guy again and having moneypenny back but the way they put it was pretty bad.

yeah i like his work, but if im going to see a bond movie...hey, i do like the "bond is a human being" approach of these movies, but i want him to kick ass...the whole " bond rises" stuff...not a fan.
