had 2 friends in town from Vancouver. started the day in the ocean for about 90 minutes. Went on a 22 mile bike ride to Venice and back for lunch..Went and played 9 holes of golf then came home and had a bbq. drank a few beers, cleaned up and sat in a comfy theater seat and somehow managed to fall asleep
