I don't think anyone here buys books with no intention of reading them. Curious readers are more like stockpilers than hoarders, I'd wager.

If anything, this should be a thread where we encourage each other to start books that we may have been sitting on for too long. For example, I'm dying for somebody in this thread to talk me into that Barthelme biography before I open up something irresponsible.
