Lenny, just for my own self-improvement, may I ask what about Jorge's endorsement of this movie was more compelling than mine or rafa's or lowlight79's?

There was one in Huntsville when I was a kid. It closed down and for years there wasn't. One of the older theaters in town who had lost their business to the newer theaters became a dollar theater a few years ago. It's not new releases, but they do get most of the big movies (no Moonrise Kingdom, unfortunately). They have upped their prices to $1.50 on weekdays, $2.00 on weekends. But it's still a good deal.

You're a dollar theater?!
I have one 5 minutes from my house. It's a great place to watch a bad movie, because you can people watch when the movie gets ridiculous. Couples arguing. Kids beating the crap out of each other. General chaos.

Picture Show at Superstition Springs Mall in Mesa. Actually $2. $1 on Tuesdays. It's not bad if you can go during the day. At that time, it usually just a bunch of snowbirds.
