there doesn't seem to be a design that blew everyone away. Also someone would need to come forward and offer to organize the purchase and distribution of the shirts.

What about one of those standard athletic department "property of" shirts like this:

Except put TSIS instead of IRISH and in that box where it says XXL put down 2004 or something for the founding year of the board as we know it?

If there was a design and real interest, I could absolutely place an order / organize this through the connections I have. So if a design were to win, and this were to move forward, I'd happily take on that piece.
