Pictures of a dandelion
Blooming in this yard of mine
Cannot deny the months it's grown
Faster than my doubtless mind

Did I build this house without doors
Windows only reflecting what's on the inside a thousand times?

Ripped out little dandelion
I was afraid to see the sign
The clouds had drawn into the sky
Sometimes flowers have to die

Hours and hours I spent under the sun
Allowing it to block out the beautiful moonshine
Could we ever be more than one
I will take the cuts when the cancer will be gone


Dreaming of my dandelion
Blossoming just like before
Stepping outside into the light
Welcomed by the moon

I can't decide of this is sweet or depressing :/
