Here's a short biography I wrote for our Myspace site:

Grooving Target is an alternative rock/pop band from Helsinki, Finland. We play melodic grunge influenced rock music. All of the songs on this site are from our first demo, which was recorded at Malmin Ylaaste in May 2005. We are looking forward to playing live shows in the near future.
