This is the link to a rough cut of the trailer for my first movie. At times the picture quality is a bit blurry, but that's because of the format it was encoded in. I'm just trying to get an overall concensus of what people think of it (so far people either seem to love it or hate it). Constructive criticism is welcomed.
I'd like to see more of it, I think you should maybe put longer scenes in each part and reduce the number of overall scenes to give you a shorter, more focused trailer.
I like what i've seen of the plot, and it's obvious there's a load of effort being made in terms of depth, and I'd certainly like to see more. From a technical point of view, I think you might want to do something about the lighting, if you can fix that in post production I'd recommend giving it shot - I don't know much about that side of things but it's the one thing I noticed.

You need to open windows media player, goto open url and then paste.
thanks
How did you get that many people to cooperate with you on a project? Jesus, you must have some good friends. I really like the idea of big casts by the way, who cares if half the characters are underdeveloped. So from the trailer I'm assuming you're going for multiple characters who share the same sort of struggles which is an idea that has always really intrigued me.
I know the video quality is shitty but from what I can tell the lighting looks spotty in some places. I've worked on about half a dozen productions and lighting is always really difficult. I say either do it right or go realist and lighting be damned. I guess it just takes quite a bit of experience.
