It appears as though in the Release forum, you have the option not only to Quote and Edit your posts....but you can Delete them as well???

Next to the "quote" and "edit" tabs, the was a red X tab.

Check the bottom of the index page of each forum, it will tell you what you're able to do.

For example, in this forum:

You can post new topics in this forum
You can reply to topics in this forum
You can edit your posts in this forum
You can delete your posts in this forum
You can vote in polls in this forum

Buggy probably just overlooked it when he made the forum or maybe it was intentional.
