I really like the beginning of this piece. Once again you're creating music that perfectly fits your recording methods and format. A bit like Iron and Wine (not that you sound like him) in that way. I still haven't fully forgiven that guy for moving in to studios. I'm not sure the verse melody lives up to the beginning's promise, though.
