sat down and tried to write a poem here it is

Learned to accommodate everyone but myself
I’ve become terminally lonely
There’s a heist and I’ve got nothing to steal
Still the pigs have kept patrolling

An alienation unto myself, there’s a door I closed before
Determination on the shelf, that’s a girl, immune to her

You know they say if you stare blankly into the dark for long enough that you’ll start to see it and I have
It’s a collection of things I kept in my closet, it’s tired and old, dull knife and noose, got over it and onto you

Learned to sit with her and time myself
It’s an infinite of holding
That’s a try but she don’t know how to steal
Still my mind has kept patrolling

A relocation of myself, that’s a trick I tried before
Determination in myself, that’s a girl, immune to her

Now that the scenery has changed and I’ve began to lose every second vice it should be just beyond the horizon
It’s a collection of things I must deposit, it’s cashed and old, repeatable, get over it and onto you
