I don't have a whole lot to compare it to. I just noticed that there are more serious photographers on there then on something like photobucket. I have a free account. There is a limit to how much you can upload in a month but I never come close to it.

I've got a flickr account, seems to be one of the better options out there, if you get the free account you can upload 100Mb's worth of photos each month and you can only have 200 pics in your profile, it's only $25 to upgrade to pro. seems worth it to me, I only have the free account at the moment as that's all I need for now.

Go to my link below. It's Pbase. It costs money, but you can format your shit and the pictures don't get resized smaller than they were. You can have them show up full size and whatnot.
Seriously. Check out my shit and tell me that's not better than fucking Flickr.

The last time I paid it was $30. I didn't re-up from the last time because I just don't have enough time to shop pictures, take pictures, and upload pictures. In my opinion it's totally worth it.

i found the pricing.
$23 yearly for 500 Megabytes of photo storage or $60 yearly for 1500 Megabytes of photo storage.

I get the cheap one. If you do host pics and are partial to them, resize them so people can't steal them and sell them. Resizing originals also helps keep file sizes substantially lower, and allows you to host more pics.
Be careful though, if you want to post the pics here, none of them show up anymore.
