This is not about my 'release.' It's about my sister's



My sister is handcrafting her own sterling silver jewelry. She's not finished with this piece yet, but sent me the photo this afternoon to show her progress.

It's pretty cool that my younger sister has found her niche. And it's a niche that my entire family will be getting involved in.
Pretty amazing to be 12 years older than my sister and while I was a teen I was always showing her how to put shapes through the holes of toys like this:





And now, all these years later, she'll be teaching me a beautiful skill.

She does amazing work. She hand knotted a string of freshwater pearls for me for Christmas. AMAZING knots.
I can hardly wait to get into the workshop.

Fun fact that not many people care about: sterling silver (0.925 grade) is stronger than fine silver (0.999 grade).
