that some kind of Electronic Press Kit bands make to promote their newest release and tell a bit about their history. it's on the first page of our website (and myspace) so promoters and fans alike can get a taste of what the band is about currently. we had a blast making this, with minimum investment (but time) and so far i've been surprised at how nice the reactions were. it's a great tool last time we released an album i had to send cds and paper presskits by mail to a huge ratio of indifferent fucks that never called back. i guess the internet is a good thing for us
and no, it's not stupid to ask at all; the first time i watched an EPK was PJ's for avocado so it's relatively new and not always aimed at fans.
