I've worked with the elderly, and I've seen relatives with dementia in nursing homes, and I have to say, this poem amazes me. It can be so hard to bear witness to the emotional reactions of the elderly, particularly in these institutions, and I think you've done a really great job translating that into verse. Well done, you've done a really tough job really well.
