They stop and watch
Passing by intimate fumes
Emanating from sidewalk
Vendors selling Faith for cheap

Into the night and early morning
The hours grow old as do we
And moonlit eyes peering back; Creepy
Out of the semi-darkened alleyways

“Faith for sale!”
A vendor hollers one last time
Before closing up shop concluding
Another unprofitable day
