Normally I take the freeway out of the springs, but there was a bad accident that backed traffic up for miles, so I took the long way home from work tonight and got the most amazing light show. I thought of the song by Natalie Imbruglia. "Sunlight"

Wish I could have captured it better, though. pft.

this one is on my way towards the Airforce Academy. The stadium was brilliantly lit up. Was definitely a photo worth getting but I was merging onto the freeway at the time. PFT.

Those look great, dude. Especially the first one with all it has going on, very beautiful. And I love the pair of cabin photos also.

Ruddo, all your contributions to this thread are gone. What gives?

How's about a little urban scenery?
These were all taken in or around central Buenos Aires.

Cheyenne Mountain (where NORAD is housed) from the perspective of Palmer Park in Colorado Springs. I took a video of the panorama that I may get around to posting at some point. My 'camera' (aka my photography skills) really doesn't do justice to the scenery where I live.

Here's a few pics I took over the summer. I haven't really had a chance to edit them yet, so I apologize. They really just need some touch ups, so I figured I'd share them now rather than wait until I get around to the work. Enjoy!

Galveston Beach (the far west end of the island)

This is just one of my favorite houses on my street. The landscaping really stands out.

Further down my street, towards St. Anne's. I really wish you guys could hear the bells ringing. It's so gorgeous.

This local restaurant (called Wendy's) is a good example of how easily brick and mortar can coexist with nature and weave the fabric of Houston's cityscape.
