anyone ever taken a crack at it?

I've just passed the 40,000 word barrier. the most i've ever done. I think once all is said and done it'll be 100,000 words.
Seems in the neighborhood of an honest to god novel.

If I get through this one I have 3 more in my head. I guess We'll see what we see, now won't we.

Yep, finished a novel around 90,000 words a few years ago... I'm still not happy that it's good enough to send out. I'll give it another heavy revision soon. Grrr.

Good luck with yours. What's the basic idea of it? (Because I hate the question 'What is it about?').

It's about a guy whose house overlooks a restaurant that a senator visits on his anniversary every year.
Someone wants the senator dead & wants the guy to take the fall for it.
