Actually yes, but i'm not sure i'm doing it right. How exactly do you work yours?

i like to kinda lean back and then bring my feet up- kinda like crunches. i'll do 20 and then i'll do the same motion with a twist to hit the obliques.


My obliques are in terrible condition. Do people look at you any more stupidly than they normally do?

i wouldn't say that i hide my deskchair workouts.... more that i try to do them during office downtime to kind of avoid any awkwardness.

That's really the only way anybody should go about it.

I applied the same principle when I did my taxes at work the other day.

my company understands that my talents are better served on the "frontlines" if you will, not all couped up in meetings
