Keep it up, peeps. Since my own training is shit right now, I'm pretty much living vicariously through you.

Seriously, good work man. Keep it up.

Like my Romanian weight-lifting coach used to say, "YES, I LOVE IT!"

Got my 7 miles in yesterday. But I was slooooooooooow. Much slower than Thursday. But still, got to 25 miles for the week. Only got the chance to run three days. Next week I should get in four days.

Yeah, don't take a break on that shit. I might take a week off and realize it was a bad idea.

I'm running a few winter road races. Should be interesting. Anyone run outdoors in the winter and have any tips on gear? Need some stuff that won't get wet I imagine.

I run in winter, but I don't have any tips or secrets. My gear is pretty basic. Comfort first. I try to avoid cotton because it doesn't breathe as well. That's about it.

10 miles in 69 minutes

Felt great this morning after a rare 8 hours of sleep. I was determined to have a good run and spent an hour last night creating a Mogwai playlist. Pretty much balls out for the first half and made it to the turnaround in 33 minutes. Started to crash at 8 miles and my sprint finish was a joke. Still, 69 minutes is pretty damn good considering I'm a fatty right now.
