I don't know why you'd go there if not to party, but I wouldn't put UNC-Wilmington up against any of the schools on that list. Hell, I wouldn't even put them up against ANY of the Big Ten.

Wilmington is a crazy party during the summer but the town is pretty dead during the winter.
