I went to bed at twelve at night yesterday and woke up at 7 in the morning and I feel very good now. This is so much better actually than going to bed at 7 in the morning and sleeping until 10. But I believe I'll have a hard time keeping this up, just because nights are so much better than days.

I was in bed at 11:30, woke up at 5. Usually i'll goto bed around 9 and wake up at 5, i think 8 hours sleep is a bit too much, because i feel better now that i usually do with more sleep.

I'm usually in bed by 8:30 or 9:00 and wake up around 7:00 in the morning. Isn't that sad? But I haven't gotten a full night of undisturbed sleep in a couple of months, so it all kinda equals out to around 6 hours of actual sleep a night.

It is! I've never been "fat" before, so I dunno what to do with my belly. And it doesn't make it any easier with a squirming baby inside it trying to get comfy too. I have to get myself comfy, then wait for her to get comfy and stop wiggling before I can relax and go to sleep. Then, if I ever wanna turn over (I can only lie on my sides), we go through the whole process again. And a lot of the time she wakes me up cuz she wakes up and thinks she has to wiggle and stretch around for an hour or so. That's usually when I get up and have a little bit of a snack in the middle of the night.
