Alot of people think it's "Who made Steve Guttenberg a star..."

and that's certainly one of the choice line...

but when you think about it... I mean really think about it far past the point that mental health should allow...

I feel it becomes clear that the best line is, "Who robs cave-fish of their sight?"

who's with me?

i'm tempted to go with 'Who rigs every Oscar night?' but no. you're right about the cave fish.

Who controls the British Crown?
Who keeps the Metric System down?
We do! We do!
Who leaves Altantis off the maps?
Who keeps the Martians under wraps?
We do! We do!

Who holds back the electric car?
Who makes Steve Guttenberg a star?
We do! We do!

Who robs cave fish of their sight?
Who rigs every Oscar night?
We do! We do!
