I thought I was going to poop in my proverbial pants when I saw them! I was shopping for b-ball shoes, and they were right there...they looked like basketball shoes, but they weren't! The sight of them drove me into a Pearl Jam fervor, and I spontaneously burst into a rousing a cappela version of Sweet Lew. Then I busted into Dirty Frank, and tried to break dance. All in all, that was some good PCP...

Nike also bought Converse and now sells basic Chucks for $40. These just look like fancied up plastic Chucks. Fuck that shit. Give my New Balance 675 and 574's.

The Chuck Taylors also used to be made in the USA...but no longer--just another shoe constructed by 14 year olds in a far away land...

I was standing in my Small Town that overlooks the Oceans, on my Porch just enjoying the Thin Air. Oh, and I had on my rad Black Corduroy blazer. Anyway, suddenly I heard some kind of Animal. I realized they were Bugs, which I figured HAD to be Red Mosquitos, so I looked around my Garden and saw a giant hive, right there, In My Tree.

The PJ references were overwhelming.

Sometimes I wonder what I'd do without my love boat captain scott steering me through the complexity of RM. No way I'd do it without him.Well, him and Jeremy, who is unfortunately rather in hiding lately. But once he is here, I see that there's no better man. They both manage to release an unknown clarity in me, much more than any elderly woman behind the counter in a small town could. However, I gotta go now...
