"like-mindedness"

group a : thinks blue
group b: thinks red

therefore:
a and b do not share a common sense.

I'm not sure how I feel about the collectivist vibe I get from the concept of Common Sense. Was it common sense to believe that there should be a water fountain labeled specifically for "coloreds" in the early part of the 20th century in America?

It was also common sense to bet on the Yankees in games 4, 5, 6 and maybe 7 of the 2004 ALCS, right?

yup, but the Cardinals had the best record in MLB that year winning 105 games and clearly deserved to be in the world series and have the honor of losing to the red sox.
