it's not original anymore. it doesn't make you hip. people have been doing this for a decade. don't think you're having the only cool holiday party because attendees ran to the local thrift store and popped $5 for a old, ugly sweater.

neither have I- most of my Aunts wear these sweaters at the holidays, but I don't think they even know what hip would mean in this context.
