Right now, how much do you believe in global warming?

Current conditions have given birth to a hint of skepticism. I wonder what made Eskimos want to live in this motherfucker.

Can't melting ice from global warming cool water temperatures in the northern oceans and thus create more cold weather conditions?

yeah, not that I am a big Global Warming guy, but from what I've read....the effects of Global Warming are extreme temps.....not just cold temps.

I think both sides of the issue are over-stating the truth...but the whole argument that global warming is a myth because it still snows in winter is just laughable.

I'm working in the Arctic Circle. Although it is absurdly cold, it's not uncommon. But it's still heinously fucking cold.

Michael Crichton's State of Fear is a pretty good fictional read with regards to global warming.

How many hours of daylight are you getting per day?

Very little. It gets dusky for a few hours. It feels real good when we start getting hours of full sun which occurs in a couple few weeks.

It's not because it's still snows, it's because it's still snows A LOT, sometimes much more than the average, when many were saying that snow would become increasely rare. If the amount of snow was reduced, Al Gore would certainly have a case.

But like Coach said, I've read stuff that says it would create extreme conditions on both sides of the spectrum.

This isn't the weather change we can believe in.

Our snow presence around these parts have been increasingly rare. I remember when I was younger we'd have alot of valley snow fall on the ground in November thru March/April. Now it's like our first BIG snow storm hits in mid-January then we have snow until like mid March.
