If it wasn't for my ipod, half of the people I work with would be dead already. And it's good to go outside for breaks and lunch. Walk around, breathe real air, etc.

couldn't agree with angi more about the fresh air.
I sit in the middle of a call center, phones ringing off the hook all damn day. I also am a sugar junkie, so jelly beans and music get me through my days. 8)

leave work at work.

don't get involved in office politics/gossip etc regardless of how tempting it is to do so.

don't bother getting mad at idiots you work with, it's not worth it and they won't change. ever.

try to smile often, no matter how shitty you feel towards people- it helps you get in a better mood and no one can walk away with the idea that they irritate you.

leave work at work.

I drop everything and masturbate. Works a lot better now that I work from home, used to become an issue.

You are a fine example of the evolutionary-limits of the human being.

And you're a fine advertisment for the work of Dr Jack Kevorkian.

Seriously though, Sun. I'm sure your stress at work has only to do with all of those darkies eyeing you up.

I find yelling out the N-word to be a great stress reliever.
