I'm going to my friends 18th birthday party and he's gonna be passing out cigars. I'm 18 but never had the desire to buy some myself therefore I have never smoked one. Give me your experiences and tips, RM. Mostly, I know the one thing people say is not to inhale a cigar. But what is the difference between inhaling and taking a draw?

I heard somewhere if you inhale a whole cigar it's like smoking a pack of cigarettes at once. It makes me choke, personally, unless it's been humidified with cognac.
Just puff. If you have a good cigar, you should taste a pleasant mixture of wood, spice, and fruit. If you really want to class it up, get a single-malt scotch.

but you still have to breathe in a little, you can't just puff out on the cigar, right?

You're really supposed to puff on a cigar and from time to time inhale. Inhaling each time would be taking a big toll especially since a cigar is such a slow burn vs. a cigarette.
Yeah puff on the cigar, and let the flavor float around in the mouth, every so often inhale, but smoking a cigar isn't really to inhale, it's just to enjoy the flavor of the cigar.

Why the anger, Rick?
