This summer I'm gonna be working 4 to 5 days a week on 8 + hour shifts. I'm working as a line chef at a bistro. I've been the dishwasher there since last May but I only worked 2-3 days a week, 4 days tops. Is there anything I should expect in my segue into the working person's life vs. the school/work on weekend life?

For one thing, you have more time working full time than you do doing school and part time.
Yeah but it's just for the summer, so I don't mind it as much as I did working just Friday and Saturday during school. Weekends were nonexistant.
No I'm saying you have more available time working full time. I'm always trying to find things to do in the evening.
I'll work evenings from 4-5 until closing (11 usually, later if I'm stuck with final cleanup). Being 17, it means I have to stay at home when I get home, and it leads to me doing nothing but smoking every night and staying up until 4-5 AM.

Making Pizza and salad, but same premise.
it's a start... maybe after 1 summer of pizza and salads you can move up to the food of gods.
I'd argue that pizza is a food of gods already.
i can't really dispute that... and if one is faced with sandwich vs. pizza choice it's really a win-win situation

It is said that Lord Sandwich was fond of this form of food because it allowed him to continue playing cards, particularly cribbage, while eating without getting his cards greasy from eating meat with his bare hands.

See, I've said it once and I'll say it again. Everything good in life somehow came from Cribbage.
