layers for 65?
longsleeves and hoodie
It's 65 here this morning and I'm wearing short sleeves under a hoodie. If it gets warmer I can take the hoodie off. I'm also wearing jeans and flip flops.
It won't hurt to pack layers in case of a weather change. Anyone that wears only shorts and a tee when it's 65 has either a high tolerance or is completely covered in hair.

it really depends where youre from and where youre going to
when my dad moved back from living in california for 30+ years, october he had his winter jacket on and still shivered and it was like 60 degrees or so. having lived here all my life, i go without a jacket until the begining of November or when the average temp drops to 40
going to basketball, i will wear shorts, tshirt and a hoodie up until is snows
