Today, early morning, he was in the gym with my mother, walking on the treadmill, when he had a fatal heart attack. All people from the gym stopped what they were doing to help him, my aunt who was also there and is a cardioligist did the first aid and he was quickly removed to a very near hospital, but it was too late. It was so fuckin out of the blue, i still cant believe, all his exams were fine, he was having a super healty diet, never smoked, drinked with moderation...he was just 49.
My mother called at 6AM telling me to rush to the hospital, saying he was very bad, only when i arrived there, she told me he died. It was so fuckin weird to see his lifeless body, face...it does not look like the person is sleeping at all. He was a super nice,funny guy. Lot of people really liked him, all my mother's family feels horrible with sucjh loss, and his family...brothers,sisters, nephews and cousins couldnt believe, totally shocked. And about me...im fuckin wasted too, but i think im doing ok.

That's terrible man. The fact that he was a healthy individual doesn't help to explain much, but everybody's gotta go at some point.
I hope everything works out for you and your mom, it probably isn't easy on her.

I worry about my mother, not easy to share the bed with the guy for 22 years, then suddenly everything blows. As a son, im still a son, but she isnt a wife anymore...Oh, we also moved to a new apartamente on May, this would be our first Xmas in the new place...damn

Sounds like he was a great guy who lived a good life. I hope I can be remembered something like that.
Stay strong when you can but cry when you gotta.
