What it is: The RM Interview Series is a way to get to know other members of the board and hopefully bring the community together a bit. Every few days or so, a new interview will start and an old interview will be locked and archived. Please try to keep this thread only about the person being interviewed. When it's your turn, you're welcome to talk about yourself as much as you want.

How it works: All questions and answers will stay in this stickied thread; all questions are optional however. When interest in the current person begins to die down, they will then choose (via PM) the next person to be interviewed. The person will also PM a mod to get the new interview started.

This is supposed to be fun! Hopefully there will be a mix of both serious and humorous questions (and answers!)

ok buddy, how do you feel having been passed the torch by the one and only Koufax?

What are your favorite sports teams, all of them.

What is the greatest and happiest sports moment in your life

What was the worst, soul crushing defeat?

Favorite PJ song: I used to say Black because it was the song that made me buy Ten and everything just stemmed from that. But now I don't know what I'd say. The song I want to see live the most out of all the songs I haven't seen is Hard to Imagine.
Favorite PJ album: Yield. Hands down.

It feels great, but I don't know how you expect me to follow your act.

What are your favorite sports teams, all of them.
Boston Red Sox. I've lived here my whole life and have been bred as a Sox fan. I used to be really big into hockey and loved the Bruins. I was already losing interest though the year before the lockout. Since then I haven't paid attention. Besides the sox I haven't been a loyal fan of any other baseball team. I was routing for the Padres this year because of Peavy mostly. I like the Dodgers because of Nomar and Lowe. Fuck Grady Little. I enjoyed watching the A's a few years ago when they looked like they were going to maybe do something.
What is the greatest and happiest sports moment in your life
The entire experience of the 2004 ALCS and World Series. For the ALCS I was staying with a friend in Baton Rouge. I remember being down 3 games and we had a random guy from new york who lived in the next apartment. He poked his head in the window at one point and yelled "sweep". Game 6 of the ALCS when Dave Roberts stole seconds. At that exact moment it just hit me that we were taking this series. And then sweeping the Cardinals in the WS. The absolute elation that I felt when the final out was recorded. I have the radio announcers call of that play burned into my brain. A few months after it was over there was this TV ad running around here that showed a guy in Sox gear driving, stopped a red light. He was just sitting there quiet and then all of a sudden he screams out "yes!" and pumps his fist. The caption was something like "when you least expect it it just hits you, the sox are world champions." Point is shit like that really did happen. Months later I'd be sitting at a red light by myself just going over it all in my head.
What was the worst, soul crushing defeat?
Now I'm 22 so that means in 1986 when we blew the WS to the Mets I was 1 year old. Therefor I never experienced such a collapse at the zero hour until 2003 in the ALCS. Game 7. Sox Yankees. Aaron fucking Boone. I hate Grady Little to this day for not taking out Pedro when he had the chance.

Do yo uthink MY or any DODGER fans hatred of Grady Little for using 153 different lineups, ignoring scouting reports, mismanaging the bullpen, and generally talking like a 7 yr old retarded piece of shit redneck could ever compare to Sox fans hatred of him?

What sort of underpants are you currently wearing?

do you play any musical instruments?

if you tell a girl that you are going to call her and arrange a date, do you call or do you just leave it and stand her up?

Chud,

You're favorite videogame of every system out there, going all the way back to Atari and up to NextGen?

The most I have paid for a single eighth is probably 70. But if it's that expensive it's for some headie shit.

Thank you for commenting on my clown lips.

Lots of water. Maybe some ibprofin. Greasy fried food.

how attached to your beard are you?
Pretty fucking attached. I've had it for 3 years now and I can't fathom shaving it.

when was the last time you threw up?
About a week ago after a night of heavy drinking.

do you channel surf during T.V commercials?
It depends. If I'm really watching tv I'll surf during commercials, but if it's on in the background or I'm falling asleep, I leave it somewhere.

What sort of underpants are you currently wearing?
plaid cotton boxer shorts

do you play any musical instruments?
the skin flute. and I know how to play the guitar, just not very well.

if you tell a girl that you are going to call her and arrange a date, do you call or do you just leave it and stand her up?
if i wasn't going to call i probably wouldn't have told her i'm going to call

did you miss me?
like the desert missed the rain

i don't know. i'm not much of a car person. if i had a lot of money i'd probably buy a bmw or something.

What and when was your favourite Pearl Jam concert?
favorite, you mean. Boston 2003. 7/2, 7/3, 7/11. Three nights without repeating except for yl. acoustic set was pretty cool too.

Have you ever sung into your hairbrush when you are alone in your room?
i usually use my fist as a mic.

Are you able to get a sun tan or do you just burn?
burn

cream cheese
blue doritos
buffalo wings (i'm a pussy when it comes to spice)
mayonaise
tomatoes
