Seasonal Affective Disorder, for those who don't know, is a depression that hits in the late fall/winter months when the sun is scarce. i am very affected by weather and now that i'm in seattle, and it's been raining for 6 straight days, i thought it was time to try one of these Sun Lamps... i definitely notice a difference after only two days :)

anyone else ever use this? or affected by SAD?

i'm sure you did. the west coast is great. just so happens that large parts of it are gray and wet during a huge part of the winter. my advice...take up skiing and learn to love the clouds. :)
