aside from the standard medical, dental and vision
i start off with 13.5 days of vacation/sick time
discount on PC bought at dell, and the company will "loan" me the money to buy whatever i want from dell, if its 1000 or less, they will loan me 80%, if its 1001-2000 its 85% and 2001 + 90%, interest free
i get 18% off my wireless bill with verizon
discount at CDW
pick up and deliver dry cleaning to the company
an hour paid lunch, so in essence i get paid 40 hours, for only working 35
401k
but by far, the biggest benefit is that i live 13.5 miles from my company, my trip is at most 20 minutes (if i get stuck behind a school bus)

I work 5 minutes from work. I get to be outside.
If I were 21 and with the hours that I work during the summer, I would be considered full time and receive benefits such as a 401k and a profit-sharing cut at year's end.
Oh yeah, free food.

Work is 7 miles from home.
We have flex time so I can go in when I want to and leave when I want to, we are supposed to make sure we are there from 9-2, the 'core hours', but when our 40 hours is in for the week we are free. This usually results in me having to go in for 3 or 4 hours on Fridays..
401k
20 days PTO and 3 more days awarded during the year for meeting goals.
25% off of service with Sprint, lots of perks from local and online merchants including Microsoft and Zones.
I can work from home if I'm not feeling well enough to go in but ok enough to sit up, or if I need to be home for some other reason.
We also have the dry cleaning service that picks up and drops off at work.
A farmer's market sets up on Thursdays in the summer, and we have barbecues on Fridays. Free coffee on Mondays.
Tuition reimbursement up to $2000 per year for undergrad studies, $5000 per year for grad school.
20+ days vacation/sickdays dell discount Florida parks discounts discount on a whole bunch of different shit i'll never use. flexible hours pretty much no dress code can use internets as much as i want too as long as i get the job done they pay for education if necessary/wanted send me around the country to attend trainings 401k can listen to music without any problem a couple aside, have very cool co-workers whose background is from all over the world. lots of free (but random ) breakfasts/lunches free calling cards soon i might be able to work from home.
negatives: health insurance is being raised to a ridiculous amount. commute is pretty long, and double than what it should be it weren't for the miami asshole drivers.

Medical and Dental coverage. 401k Cell Phone and laptop, rental cars, hotels, cabs and meals while I'm at work - free Travel. This can also be a disadvantage. The month of Oct. only has me home for six days. But I am earning a ton of frequent flyer miles, and I can use those the way I want to. Any weekend I have to work is later comp'd. $60 per diem for any day I'm on the road. Two weeks vacation. Basically unlimited sick leave since I can also work from home. I don't know all of the details yet, but they do pay for schooling if we're interested. Has to be in programming from what I understand. Flexible hours. No dress code, unless I'm on the road. Music/DVD exchange. Most importantly, I love my position in the company and my coworkers.

sometimes he actually contributes. I was just commenting on the whole idea of ignoring people. Sure some people are assholes, but it just seems childish to just write off everything he says, unless he were trolling you or something to that effect.
