I know that Lowes and Starbucks are doing this.

It's pretty fucking cool. Lowes lets you do any amount and it's free, but Starbucks has a $15 minimum and makes you pay four bucks for the service. :(

Probably with a photo of you on their card.

My mom made her VISA card into a Personalized Visa Card, with a picture of my niece on it.

every year for christmas i get one of those visa gift cards that you can use anywhere, best fucking gift ever. you can use it at the bar.
