Oversleeping sucks, I did it 3 our of 5 mornings last week.... dangit.

Today in fact.
I had five minutes to make it to my train at the Amtrak station.

i actually undersleep more than i oversleep. i woke up at 7:30 every saturday during the summer

If not for sleep my life would be much more productive.

I do it two out of three days a week that I have a 10 AM class to attend, and today, I'm a-gonna pay for it, taking a test in a subject I'm not too familiar with outside of a poorly translated German math textbook.

I really gotta learn to: 1) go to bed at around midnight; 2) wake up fresh at 8; 3) go straight to school and research/go to fuckin' class. Especially in the winter in a state far north of where I used to live, since I'm hovering around the depression I went through near Christmas last year when I'd get up and experience daytime for a whole three or four hours some days.

Oversleeping sucks, it throws off your whole day. If I just go one extra snooze cycle, I'm screwed.

I oversleep all 5 workdays, and then wake up too early on the weekends. It sucks.

making sure that you bed is always facing east should correct any oversleeping issues you may have

there's actually a cold draft that comes in from the window and i need to correct this situation somehow. i don't have much lenience in where my bed can be, either.

have you tried putting plastic up?

i got really thick curtains but it hasn't helped. i guess i'll try plastic.

Early to bed, early to rise, makes a person, healthy, wealthy, and wise.
I get up before the sun, everyday.



Still waiting on the 'wealth' part though.

a girlfriend would only make you rise early in the morning.
