I'm tired of winter already. We've really had winter since just the first of the month, but we've already got a few feet of snow, and it's all blowing like a bitch. 4-8 inches is forecast for today. 4-8 inches is forcasted for tonight. When the next storm system rolls in the lake effect is gonna get worse again. I hate living in a snow belt. The sad part is, is that where I live gets about twice as much snow as Buffalo. Every fucking day there's an amount of snow that requires shoveling. Every fucking day you gotta scrape your car off. The lakes are still real warm too. It's gonna be an awful winter. It's gonna be like the year the Jehovah's Witnesses church collapsed from all the snow in East Aurora. You Buffalonian's remember that? Wasn't that good shit?

I can't wait until next month when we need a ground guide just to get out of our driveway...

In between each class, every day, I have to spend the 5 minute passing period watching the "In" doors. We long ago outgrew our building, like a lot of schools, and have those mini-cabin looking build it yerself cottages outside for reading classes. I'm the only teacher near the doors in, so I have to prop them open and be out in the cold watching for fights or runners. During storms, or when the snow is piled up, I think about working at Walmart.
