Oatmeal sucks for breakfast. It takes what, 2.5 seconds to digest?? I still have 40 minutes until lunch and I'm seriously considering chewing my fucking arm off. When I SKIP breakfast I'm not as hungry by lunch as I am if I eat a bowl of oatmeal. Good lord.
I can hear the Sushi counter at Genardi's calling my name.

Breakfast: one Carnation shake, one bowl oatmeal with a teaspoon of honey in it, one peanut butter sandwhich, one glass of orange juice, and a final glass of milk just before you leave.
Cures what ails ya.

What do you normally have for breakfast?

You're probably being mean, but I have no idea what this even means.

I declare it impossible that an english muffin or bagel keeps you full longer than oatmeal.
If you find this to be the case ...

I have oatmeal every moring for breakfast. I usually get a little hungry mid-morning, but I have some mixed nuts as a snack, and I'm good to go till lunch.
Oatmeal is very good health wise, so I stick with it.

I was told by my Dr. to start eating oatmeal for breakfast b/c of my awfully high cholesterol.
