i wanted to drive home to chicago from LA this december for xmas. though ice storms are making the roads dangerous. is it worth the adventure of driving home? or should I buy a plane ticket?

it just won't be fun, and it'll be a constant pain in the ass. i don't know, if you really like driving in inclement weather then just ignore me but it won't be like the cool experience it could be during the summertime.
