are we getting deeply philosophical and asking if the physical world around is created by us as individuals and simply in our own minds or are we talking metephorically about our thoughts, opinions and tastes?
or are you asking "What is reality? is a concept of the individual or the masses?"

Basically the idea behind Many Worlds is that the entire universe can end up in any number of states in the next frame (or whatever you call it... the next instance of time), in our perception. But in reality, the universe branches, and ends up in each of those states. You only perceive that the universe is in a single state because your consiousness is in just one of those states--actually, your consiousness is in each one, but you see a linear path because you can only see back in time.
You could validate this theory (for yourself only, of course) by shooting yourself and surviving, and then repeating a few times just to be sure.
