By my girlfriend. I emailed a friend about a job offer for her from her house last night. She decided since I forgot to log out that she would go through my email. Of couse she found nothing relating to any extra affairs or love letters to other woman. She just saw most of my daily guy talk to a bunch of friends I chat to online via gmail all day in chat or in email. Mostly about how our jobs suck, Hot Brazilian Bitches, porn and how the jets suck.
She is mad at me cause she claims I am not upfront. I am even more ANGRY then cause I feel my personal space was invaded. She had no right to go through my email. I am so mad I could shoot her.

Wait a minute. She read YOUR email and she says YOU'RE not upfront?
Run, dude.

Meh, if you have nothing to hide, and she's generally been decent to this point, let it go. The fact that she's getting pissy though is a bad sign, since you weren't talking to other girls or anything. At least she was honest about looking. We all have our moments of weakness. You should totally get to look through hers now, though.

Privacy is a big thing to me. And I really don't care about looking through her email. My thing is that she shouldn't have done it. But she couldn't avoid temptation and had to. I am really mad over this. I ain't gonna change who I am. Maybe I do need to do some other thinking....

Well. . . have you told her before not to look at your email? I understand where you're coming from, and that you're angry. But it wouldn't bother me at all if my b/f had a weak moment and checked my email. She DID tell you right away.

sounds like you already have. also, did she understand how big a deal something like this would be to you- not that I'm condoning the behavior, just, if she was aware of how angry you'd get, then she might have thought twice before doing it. Sometimes things one person think of as no big deal can be the end of everything for someone else.
Do you care about why she did it? If so you should talk to her about it. If she doesn't get it then she's probably not going to change the person she is either.

so basically she's mad about the porn and hot brazilian bitches? That's a terrible flimsy premise to get mad at somebody for. Stand your ground dude. If it ends up killing the relationship, take some solace in the fact that getting out early was probably a good thing. A woman who - without justifiable cause - doesn't trust you is not one you want to keep around.
