No, everyone is born Christian. Only later in life do people choose to stray from Jesus and worship satan instead. Atheists have the greatest "cover" of all, they insist they believe in no god yet most polls done and the latest research indicates that they are actually a different sect of Muslims.

:haha:

I am a Christian and that is not true. It's pretty much the opposite of what is true.

And GV, I weep for America for pretty much the opposite reasons that you do.

hahahahaah these are gold

Quote:
Gravity: Doesn't exist. If items of mass had any impact of others, then mountains should have people orbiting them. Or the space shuttle in space should have the astronauts orbiting it. Of course, that's just the tip of the gravity myth. Think about it. Scientists want us to believe that the sun has a gravitation pull strong enough to keep a planet like neptune or pluto in orbit, but then it's not strong enough to keep the moon in orbit? Why is that? What I believe is going on here is this: These objects in space have yet to receive mans touch, and thus have no sin to weigh them down. This isn't the case for earth, where we see the impact of transfered sin to material objects. The more sin, the heavier something is.

Do you really want to do this?

Do you want me to list the reasons, and then in turn be flamed by an ultra liberal board?

I for one, don't have the energy.

I believe what I believe, you believe what you believe, we'll find out who is right. I am very confident that I am .

Right about what? The afterlife? These were actual quotes, I don't know what you're upset about. They're FUNDAMENTALISTS.

That first quote is utter BS.

You aren't born a Christian. And everyone who isn't a Christian doesn't worship Satan. It bothers me when Christians are painted with a broad stroke.

You don't think I :shake: when I am flipping through the channels late at night and see some nut job preacher on tv?

Why did you single me out then, I never said all Christians were this stupid. Although I will blame the institutions of Christianity for trapping people into these belief systems where they aren't willing to approach an alternative or question anything.

I didn't mean to single you out. My point is that I am very concerned with the liberal path that our society is heading on. You won't agree, and you will mock, so I won't even bother pointing out my concerns.

I will let everyone have their fun, but please, on the rest of this thread and the rest of your life, don't assume that all Christians believe some of these crazy things.

Also understand that there is a difference between religion and faith.
