I sometimes purposefully arrange these. I do my best/most efficient writing in hours 18-24, roughly (although usually it's best if I go back through and re-arrange the paper a bit after getting some sleep). Whatever writer's block I have most of the time goes away, and as long as I'm still feeling good (a Red Bull injection or two) I can blow through pages.

I also work best at night.

I'd never ingest more than one energy drink per 24 hours period though. That's just asking for a heart attack.

i've never felt bad (jittery or irregular heartbeat or anything) on account of a couple energy drinks or cups of coffee, although the comedown from my 14oz coffee and sour patch kids binge last night was pretty rough until i jumped into this. i always figure i'm at least better off than friends on adderall drinking multiple cups of coffee or pop.
