My kid pronounces his babysitters' names (Sarah and Maris) as "say-rah" and "may-ris." Please, how do I stop the insanity?

I'm 35 and married for 10 years and have two small kids. I don't look directly at my kids' babysitters. It's much too dangerous.

Whilst switching daycare providers recently, my wife joined "sitter city". 3 kinds of people on there. Trashy Ladies who dont want to work, Barren women, and 19 year old college girls.

Its better than a cam site.
