I used to be in customer service of sorts. I had one never fail response that I could always drag out if needed. "We're sold out". I'm not really attempting a joke here but it was kind of funny.

Just last week, my internet and phone here at home were down for 7 days, and every single one of those days customer service either lied and said that it would be up and running in an hour or so, or that they were sending someone out to fix it. On top of this, every time I called in, I would have to reexplain my situation to a new customer service person because they didn't put case information into the system. Customer service is the opposite of what it implies and is the most frustrating experience ever.
