It depends on what kind of "smarts" we're talking about because certain people are smart at some things and not so much on other things. You know what I mean or did I came off like a dumbass? :|

Yeah, "smarter than" can mean a whole lot of things. But. Hmm.. I'll say over 50% for sure, but I really have no idea. It's probably considerably higher than that, maybe.
