Its much better! Today i decided to try and I dont regret at all, much the opposite. It felt more natural, hitting the the ground with the middle of the sole, when most shoes force the person to hit with the ankle. But I dont recommend that for people with flat feet.

Well, i've always played soccer barefoot. But i was naive about all those fancy running shoes. Now im interested on those newton running shoes, since they claim they maintain the natural gait.

I've read it's supposed to be better. I hike barefoot, but when running through town I'd rather not slice my foot on a piece of glass or something, so I have to stick with the shoes.
